  Very disappointing, i called to say i have a msg coming up saying 'startup disk full' they said no worries bring it down, i get there after travelling 30mins in the car, only to be told in a very flippant manner, that it's going to be 7-10 day wait and to leave my computer, what a joke, i run an online business, if they had of said on the phone, bring it down but there is a 7-10 day turnaround, i would not have wasted my time. i have since googled what is required to fix, not much at all and fixed.
  
  No customer service here at all, there was an elderly lady before me, who was also getting the same careless and unhelpful attitude from the guy at the counter. I always took my computer to them when needed, over 6 years now, they used to have a great reputation, but now i think they are getting too busy for their customers.
  
  Just because your business expands, working out customer service and how to look after your customers is primary to keeping a business thriving, VERY DISAPPOINTED that i had to waste my precious time for nothing and i would say that Apptech will be very disappointed when your customers begin to find other great service centres for their Macs.
